"Reimagine Málaga" is an exhibition of 8 pieces reimagined through artificial intelligence.
To celebrate the El Sol festival, Málaga’s Calle Larios hosted an exhibition featuring posters of eight iconic advertising campaigns from renowned brands like Adidas, Nike, Ikea, Old Spice, and Volvo. These well-known campaigns were given a fresh twist through the use of Freepik’s artificial intelligence, transforming them to promote local businesses such as Marisquería Pelayo, Cerrajería Daniel Martínez, Mudanzas Memudo, El Palo Fútbol Club, Electro Ocasión Almayate, El Camm, La Casa del Pintor, and Club de Boxeo Málaga.
The campaign revolves around the concept: "AI makes great creativity accessible to any brand."
The idea behind this action at El Sol was to democratize advertising, which has historically been reserved for large brands.
With Freepik, we aimed to give local businesses the opportunity to advertise their products and services with top-notch creativity. To achieve this, we used Freepik AI to reinterpret these great ideas and put them at the service of these local businesses in its hometown of Málaga.
